
Scarlett's Policies
No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the spa.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking all "Full Set" appointments and Lash Lift & Tint appointments for the first time. Retainers are due within 24-hours. We will allow a one-time reschedule if at least 48-hour notice is given in advanced. Please keep in mind, Technicians block out at least 2-3 hours for a Full Set appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the total due.
Microblading or Permanent Cosmetic appointments require a 50% retainer to be placed within 24-hours of booking. These retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. All clients must submit clear photos at the time of booking of their eyebrows to scarlettsbbs@gmail.com. You will receive a phone call from your technician to review important information regarding your appointment within 48 hours of booking.
A twenty four (24) hour notice is required for all cancelled appointments. Less than 24-hours notice will require in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. A No-Show is considered 3-hours or less to the scheduled appointment. This will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. Only phone calls are accepted.
If a Client is more than fifteen (15) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, SLB&S reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge the card on file.
If you arrive late for a full set or eyelash refill appointment, we will apply what we can in the remainder of the appointment time, however, you will still be charged for the scheduled service.
In the event that there are more than two cancelled appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals, SLB&S reserves the right to no longer provide services.
Appointments are by reservation only.
All Technicians are highly trained professionals, certified with the State or have acquired a Certificate of Training and are highly skilled. As a result, our services are purchased as an "as is" basis.
Payment of services is due in full upon completion of the appointment. If a check is returned by the bank and unpaid, SLB&S reserves the right to apply an additional $20 fee in addition to the service fee.
SLB&S reserves the right to change a scheduled appointment, on a as needed basis, granted another time slot will be available to the Client.
Refunds are NOT offered in any circumstance for any service. If you are not satisfied with your lash treatment, you have (3) days to contact us and schedule a time to come in so we are able to assess the treatment or reapply lost lashes. If you contact us after (3) days, the refill price will be applied.
